Element, Amara Singapore will host a special 9-night-only dinner by Japanese Master Chef Masayuki Okuda from May 12-21, 2023. Chef Okuda is a highly acclaimed chef in Japan and is known for his traditional and modern cooking techniques that create a unique dining experience.
Besides the dinner, Chef Okuda has collaborated with Itadakimasu by PARCO to create four specialty menus with four tenants (Menya Kokoro, Maguro Brothers, Yakiniku Heijouen and Sabar). These menus will be available from March 18 to April 30, 2023.
