Taking a step back in time, Fanntasy introduces the Memories Tart, drawing inspiration from a classic Singaporean delight – the Ice Kachang. This tart is a dessert that holds a special place in every Singaporean’s heart. It is Fann Wong’s tribute to Singapore in its 58th year of independence.
The Memories Tart is a masterful blend of traditional flavours with contemporary culinary finesse:
- Buttery sable base
- Light almond sponge dressed with aromatic gula melaka cremeux for a toffee-like taste
- Layers of red bean puree, cendol jelly, almond bits and diced attap seeds
- Topped with fragrant rose Chantilly cream reminiscent of the rose syrup in Ice Kachang
