Celebrity Chef Wan brings authentic Malaysian palace cuisine to Singapore’s Ginger at PARKROYAL on Beach Road. Chef Wan will showcase heritage recipes from different states in Malaysia, including Ayam Percik Kelantan, Kuzi Kambing Johor, Rendang Udang Galah, and Laksa Johor. In addition, Chef Wan will also present his grandmother’s rendition of Kerabu Mee Hoon Nyonya, a tart and spicy rice vermicelli salad.
These dishes will be served alongside Ginger’s Ramadan Festive Lunch and Dinner Buffet, which features a myriad of cuisines from diverse ethnicities and food cultures in Singapore, cooked up from a fully-certified halal kitchen.
Due to popular demand, the Ramadan Festive Lunch and Dinner Buffet has been extended until the end of April 2023.
