This festive season, The Song of India presents a collection of limited edition festive hampers, takeaway Christmas feasts and exlusive restaurant set menus. Expect Christmas-inspired Indian food from Southeast Asia’s only Michelin star Indian restaurant, as Executive Chef Manjunath Mural whips up a feast with the likes of Whole Tandoori Turkey Stuffed with Morel Briyani ($136), Whole Tandoori Capon with Morel Briyani ($68) and Kashmiri Wazwan Slow-Roasted and Smoked Baby Leg of Lamb ($126).
Our favourite was the tandoori turkey which is marinated overnight in a spice blend of Kashmiri chilli powder, garam masala, mustard oil and cumin, then grilled in a tandoor oven till tender and served with a sweet tomato-based wine sauce.
Dine in and partake in a 5-course Christmas Celebration Feast ($79++) with must-try dishes such as Tandoori Turkey Kebab and Stuffed Turkey Roulade served with makhini sauce, or bring festive cheer home with their limited-edition Christmas Hampers ($248) filled to the brim with the Tandoori Turkey Stuffed with Morel Biryani, baked Masala puff pastries, homemade spiced Indian nuts, artisanal chocolates and a bottle of award-winning La Spinetta Moscato wine that’s been specifically selected to pair well with the turkey.
