What is Piadina and Arancini?
The Piadina is a flat sandwich from Bologna that is made with just flour, water, salt and olive oil for a light bite. Each slice is generously filled with fresh rocket, premium Italian cold cuts and homemade Stracchino cheese.
The Arancini is a hearty ball formed of cooked Risotto and ragú, coated with breadcrumbs and fried in olive oil for a light crunch. The Arancini is served on luscious Pomodoro sauce—simple yet fulfilling.
