Our Visit to Ginkyo by Kinki
Our evening at Ginkyo by Kinki was marked by an ambiance of elegance and tranquility, setting the perfect stage for a culinary journey. The service was impeccable, with staff members showcasing genuine hospitality and an in-depth knowledge of the menu, guiding us through our choices with thoughtful recommendations.
The culinary voyage began with the Yakitori Party, a chef’s selection of skewers that delighted with its variety and u, perfectly complemented by Ginkyo by Kinki’s selection of beverages. The Ginkyō Crispies – Spicy Tuna Belly was a standout, offering a harmonious blend of spice, richness, and texture.
Our exploration continued with the mains: the Wagyu Bowl was a symphony of luxurious u, featuring A4 Wagyu, foie gras, and truffle. The Okonomi-Rosti presented a delightful twist on traditional Japanese fare, with its combination of okonomiyaki and rosti creating a memorable fusion dish.
The meal concluded on a high note with the Tempura Banana, a sweet and satisfying dessert that masterfully combined traditional elements with inventive twists.
The cocktail selection, featuring the Kyoto Sour and Japonica, provided refreshing and complex accompaniments to our meal, each with its own distinctive character.
Ginkyo by Kinki offers not just a meal, but an immersive experience that captivates the senses. From the innovative cuisine to the warm hospitality and serene ambiance, it stands out as a beacon of modern Japanese dining in Singapore.
