The culinary voyage began with the Yakitori Party, a chef’s selection of skewers that delighted with its variety and u, perfectly complemented by Ginkyo by Kinki’s selection of beverages. The Ginkyō Crispies – Spicy Tuna Belly was a standout, offering a harmonious blend of spice, richness, and texture.
Our exploration continued with the mains: the Wagyu Bowl was a symphony of luxurious u, featuring A4 Wagyu, foie gras, and truffle. The Okonomi-Rosti presented a delightful twist on traditional Japanese fare, with its combination of okonomiyaki and rosti creating a memorable fusion dish.
