Janice Wong Mother’s Day Sweets Review
I tried Janice Wong’s Mother’s Day Celebration Cake and Bonbons; they were beautiful treats. The cake was a floral-designed, four-tier masterpiece that was visually stunning and tasted just as good. The vanilla sponge base was airy and light. At the same time, the crunchy layer of milk chocolate crumble and delicate white chocolate parfait added a nice texture. The blueberry lychee compote on top was sweet and tart, and the lychee lemon thyme mousse encasing the cake added a refreshing twist. It was an unforgettable treat that my mother loved.
As for the Mother’s Day Signature Bonbons, they were equally delightful. Each bonbon was beautifully handcrafted using Pure Imagination Bean to Bar chocolates and came in a box of nine, each with a unique and artistic design. The Ruby Lavender was light and floral, while the Strawberry Balsamic tasted sweet and tart. The Raspberry Yoghurt was creamy and decadent, making it my favourite flavour. They make the perfect gift for any mother figure in your life.
